By engaging our services, clients agree to make full payment for the consultation provided. It is important to note that our platform is not responsible for any subsequent transactions that may occur between the planners and the clients.

If a client is not satisfied with the planner's service, we will initiate a process to connect them with another planner at no additional cost. Should a satisfactory resolution not be reached after investigation, clients can expect a refund of the consultation service fee within 10 working days.
